Meul Myoire - Re Imagined Dream

LOOK 3 - GAJARA

Introducing a black velvet dress constructed entirely to emanate my view of a Gajara, with its distinct scalloped edge. The intricate gold embroidery potrays a juxtaposition of the side profile of a Gajara bangle accentuating the unique neckline. The addition of a vivid crimson thread, traditionally used to secure jewellery, creates the illusion of securing the garment and its embellishments. Gold beads adorn the sleeve’s contours, reminiscent of the Gokhru.
